Ingredients:
Base:
-50g oat flour
-20g of chocolate flavored oat flour.
-5g of pure cocoa
-100ml of whipped fresh cheese
Stuffed:
-250ml of Burgos fresh cheese
-220ml of oat drink
-3 sheets of gelatin
-Half an envelope of white chocolate flavored Mix
Coverage:
-One ounce of 85% chocolate

Process:
1.Preheat the oven to 180°.
2. Mix the base ingredients using your hands to form a compact ball and spread it in the bottom of a removable mold.
3. We bake for 10 min.
4.Hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water.
5.Pour the ingredients for the filling into a mixing glass (reserving 20ml of milk).
6. Heat the remaining 20ml of milk in the microwave and dissolve the gelatin sheets.
7. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and beat very well with the mixer (until the mixture is frothy).
8.Pour into the mold, on top of the base (which will have tempered).
9. We put in the fridge for at least 3 hours (I left it overnight).
10.When the filling has set, grate the ounce of chocolate and sprinkle it on top of the cake.
