Delivery term

Generally, an order is sent (leaves our offices to destination) the same day or the next business day to receive payment. Delivery would be scheduled within 24h / 48h, since it is shipped in the peninsula, (72h Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

For the rest of Europe a delivery time of about 72 hours from shipment

However, these periods are indicative and may vary for reasons unrelated to our company such as:

-Orders of the order

-Weekends or holidays

- Momentary stock breaks

-Problems related to delivery such as not being at home

-Relays by transport companies

BEBIDAS BOLERO does not commit to any specific delivery period, since the shipping process depends on third parties.
If an order is to be delayed for more than 7 business days, ELEVENFIT will contact the customer to inform them and give them the option to cancel / modify the order.

Stock break

Out of stock products:
In case of ordering products out of stock the shipment will be made when it becomes available again, in case it takes more than 5 business days, ELEVENFIT will contact the customer to inform them and give them the option to modify the order.

All orders are sent in a single shipment.

Below is a table with the shipping costs per delivery area, as well as the maximum weights and volumes that will be sent for these amounts:


Shipping by Post PREMIUM package

-Up to € 25 -> € 3.50
-More than € 25 -> FREE

To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is sent by package 72 of Correos

Shipments by SEUR and MRW

-Up to € 25 -> € 3.50
-More than € 25 -> FREE

We do not send cash on delivery to Melilla, Ceuta or the Canary Islands. All the extra expenses (Customs Management, Taxes, Fees and any expense or tax) generated by the order will always be at the customer's expense.

-from € 25 to € 60 -> € 5.90

-More than € 60 -> FREE SHIPPING

In case the order could not be delivered by the transport company (after 2 delivery attempts or 15 days the package at the collection point) and it comes back to our facilities, ELEVENFIT is not responsible for a new shipment.

Shipments returned for reasons beyond the control of ELEVENFIT will be deducted from the return postage costs of the package

In case the client wants to be sent again, he must pay for new shipping costs that this may cause.

Returns and resolution rights
During the first 7 business days after receiving an order, the customer can return a product if it meets the following conditions:
Private customers, in accordance with the right of withdrawal contemplated in article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, will have a period of 7 working days from the receipt of the order to notify their wish to withdraw from one or Various products of your order.
To exercise this right, you must communicate by e-mail indicating your order number, the reference and serial number of the products to be returned and follow the instructions received by our customer service.
All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or customized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition.
Returns must be delivered to the destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned. The transportation costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.
Once analyzed the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will pay the amount of the product within a maximum period of 30 days. We do not refund shipping costs.

The reasons for return can be the following:
• That the merchandise was defective: In this respect ELEVENFIT will be subject to the provisions of the Defective Products Act, immediately replacing the product with another with identical conditions and benefits.
• ELEVENFIT will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it would be unable to serve it.
ELEVENFIT will accept the return of the merchandise when due to causes attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond to the requested by the customer.
In case of return, the return costs will be paid by the buyer, except in those cases in which the proven cause of the return is an original defect.
After checking the condition of the merchandise that must be unused, in its original packaging, it will be reimbursed (shipping cost not included, except in those cases in which the proven cause of the return is an original defect) through the same form of payment that was used for the purchase.
