Delivery term

Generally, an order is shipped (leaves our offices to destination) the same day or the next business day to receive payment. The delivery would be expected within a period of 24h / 48h approx, since it is sent in the peninsula, (72h Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla).

However, these deadlines are indicative and may vary for reasons beyond our company, such as:

-Order times

-Weekends or holidays

-Momentary stock breaks

-Problems related to delivery such as not being at home

-Delays by transport companies

ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL does not commit to any specific delivery period, since the shipping process depends on third parties.
If an order output is going to be delayed more than 7 business days, ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will contact the customer to notify them and give them the option to cancel / modify the order.

In case of ordering products out of stock, the shipment will be made when it is available again, in case it takes more than 5 business days, ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will contact the customer to notify them and give them the option to modify the order.

All orders are shipped in a single shipment.


Shipping costs

Below is a table with the shipping costs by delivery zone, as well as the maximum weights and volumes that will be sent for these amounts:

-Shipments by ordinary letter:

Prices range from 0.48 cent to € 2 (depending on the weight) with a delivery time that is around 3 to 4 days (SOMETIMES UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS), without a doubt it is the cheapest shipping that allows you to try one small quantity of envelopes without high postage.

This type of shipment is not 100% safe since ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL is not responsible for delays, possible losses by post, or theft of the shipment in your mailbox

-Up to € 25 -> € 3.50
-More than € 25 -> FREE

To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it is sent by parcel 72 from Correos

Shipments by SEUR and MRW

We do not send cash on delivery to Melilla, Ceuta or the Canary Islands. All extra expenses (Customs Management, Taxes, Fees and any expense or tax) generated by the order will always be paid by the customer.

If an order is returned for not being collected, or in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla for not wanting to take charge of any tariff or tax, the shipping costs caused by the return of the package will be charged.

In the event that the order could not be delivered by the transport company (after 2 delivery attempts or 15 days the package at the collection point) and it comes back to our facilities, ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL is not responsible for a new shipment.

Expenses for returns processed automatically or by our company:

In the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the return costs are a minimum of € 6.95, the rate of the assigned transport company being applied (depending on the weight and characteristics of the shipment).

In Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the return costs are a minimum of € 9.95, the rate of the assigned transport company being applied (depending on the weight and characteristics of the shipment).

International Shipping return costs are a minimum of € 29.95, being applied (depending on weight and characteristics of the shipment) the rate of the assigned transport company.

Shipments returned for reasons beyond the control of ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will be deducted the additional shipping costs for one way if it is a non-ordinary URGENT SHIPPING.

In case the client wants it to be sent again, he will have to pay new shipping costs that this causes.

Returns and termination rights

During the first 14 business days after receiving an order, the customer may return a product if it meets the following conditions:
Private clients, in accordance with the right of withdrawal contemplated in article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, will have a period of 14 working days from receipt of the order to notify their desire to withdraw from one or multiple products of your order.

To exercise this right, you must communicate it using the form provided below and follow the instructions received by our customer service.
All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or personalized by the customer, in its original packaging in perfect condition.
Returns must be delivered at destination within 14 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned. The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.
Once the perfect condition of the merchandise has been analyzed, we will pay you the amount.

You can exercise the right of withdrawal through the following FORM if you wish (it is not mandatory).

First you should know that there are a series of conditions that you must meet:

  1. The returned product must be in perfect condition , as it has been received, unopened , with its original labeling, promotional products, and in general with everything that goes together with the purchase of said product.
  2. The period of exercise of the right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days.
  3. In case of withdrawal, ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL must reimburse the amount of the order discounting the additional shipping costs (if it is a non-ordinary URGENT SHIPPING).
  4. Returns will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the material at our facilities.
  5. The refund of the amounts will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, by bank transfer, or to an account where the owner of the same is the person who placed the order, always taking into account, for the refund , the payment method used by the customer.
  6. They will not be subject to the right of return, those articles identified as gifts acquired by the purchase of an order and that are requested to be returned individually as well as the articles exchanged for points.
  7. Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery will be excluded from the right to return.

* Who pays the shipping costs when making the return?

  • If it is a return because you no longer want or do not like the product (withdrawal), the buyer must pay them.
  • If the product is sent in the wrong way or in poor condition, ELEVENFIT will be responsible for the logistics costs derived from the return.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal that apply to our store

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

a) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

b) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

c) The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inextricably mixed with other goods.

d) The supply of goods unsealed by the user and without their original packaging.


The reasons for return can be the following:
• That the merchandise was defective: In this regard ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will comply with the provisions of the Defective Products Law, proceeding to immediately replace the product with another with identical conditions and benefits.
• ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will also proceed to return the amount of the merchandise when, for reasons not attributable (whether direct or indirect) to it, it is unable to serve it.
ELEVENFIT FOOD AND SUPPLEMENTS SL will accept the return of the merchandise when, due to causes attributable to it, the requested product does not correspond to the one requested by the client.
In the event of a return, the return costs will be paid by the buyer, except in those cases in which the proven cause of the return is an original defect.
After checking the status of the merchandise that must be unused, in its original packaging, the refund will be made using the same form of payment that was used for the purchase.
