BCAA OR BRANCHED AMINO ACIDS:
The branched-chain amino acids or BCAA correspond to a trio of amino acids formed by: leucine, valine and isoleucine, which make up almost a third of the total skeletal muscle, hence its importance. They are classified as essential amino acids, since the human body is not able to synthesize them, so they must be incorporated through the diet or through or as supplements. His contribution in the muscular recovery, the increase of the sports performance and the reduction of the muscular ailments of late appearance makes of the BCAA one the products that greater interest arouse between the athletes and / or athletes.
These amino acids are present in any food that contains protein, such as eggs or meat, being their supplementation necessary depending on the activity of each subject; but, certainly ingesting them at certain times will greatly benefit our organism. Since they are not metabolized in the liver, that is to say that their absorption is carried out directly in the muscular tissue, they are totally available for the conservation and synthesis of proteins.
Composition:
- LEUCINE: branched amino acid that acts by activating a metabolic pathway that stimulates protein synthesis, so by increasing this pathway, a greater creation of muscle tissue is achieved. It is considered a "limiting nutrient", since the organism requires it for the correct treatment of the rest of the amino acids; that is to say, without the necessary amount of leucine, the rest of proteins can end up being without being used, since the different tasks of creation of new tissues will not be executed correctly.
- VALINA: important and necessary role on the nervous system and cognitive function. It can improve certain disorders related to muscle tissues, and is an efficient appetite suppressant. Through the intake of this essential amino acid, a proper functioning of the immune system is sought. In the same way, increases in sports resistance are appreciated.
- ISOLEUCINE: is important for the regulation of blood glucose, and increases energy levels.
Functions:
They are used as a source to WIN MUSCLE MASS: they interfere mainly in the synthesis of muscle tissue, as well as to LOSE FAT: by subjecting the body to a hypocaloric diet, muscle tissue can be compromised, basically because the body in the absence of calories necessary is forced to "get rid" of that element that involves a burden, as are the muscles. The organism has a predilection for obtaining energy from some source, if it is not ingested, in this case the necessary one, and especially according to the degree of definition (low percentage of fat) that is had, and where this catabolic process will be accentuated. INCREASE THE PERFORMANCE OF PHYSICAL WORK AND REDUCE THE MUSCLE DAMAGE CAUSED BY HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (decreasing the stiffness)
