TYPES OF PROTEINS, WHAT PROTEIN SHOULD I TAKE?

The first thing you should know are the types of proteins that you can find, their characteristics and what they are used for.
The most used are those that come from animal sources the best known are the proteins of whey, egg and meat
The most used are those of whey that can be CONCENTRATED, ISOLATED (ISOLATED) or HYDROLYZED

-The CONCENTRADAS or WHEY, is extracted from the whey when making cheese, has a concentration of 60% to 80% of protein per 100gr of product
It can serve as a subtitutive for a meal, since whey is a more satiating protein than there is.

- ISOLATED or ISOLATED ones have a higher protein purity, less fat and carbohydrates
They are very low in lactose and are of good digestibility and a very fast absorption this protein is usually higher than 80% of protein per 100 gr. of product.
